  1. Ginge (Noel) Martin had another heart attack yesterday! Fortunately, he was at Beatsons in Glasgow getting tested for Covid and pre op details done! He was blue lighted through to Little France and rushed into emergency theater for an operation! The stent he had put in back in 2008 wasn’t working properly! He now has a new one!! He is hoping to get transferred through to Forth Valley either today or some point soon! no visitors are allowed! I will keep you all updated on his progress when I can!

    1. Liz, thanks for that, please pass on my best wishes to Ginge when you can.

    1. Jimmy, just heard that Peter Nisbet ex Royal, died a few days ago. My son saw it on FB on comment from his daughter. No other details known.

      1. Hi there Jim. This is Peter’s daughter Charlotte. Unfortunately cancer took him from us and he passed away early on 21st July 2021. Please thank your son for pointing me to the guestbook. I was on the website this morning dont know how I missed it. I’m trying to find men he served alongside who knew him when he was a young man, if they can tell me any stories etc. I was also trying to find out about poems he wrote that were in the Pilates Post I think. Kind regards.

        1. Charlotte

My condolences to the family, I served with Peter in the signals platoon and as per our emails we will try and get this information for you.

          Best regards

          Jim Anderson
