To: Bill Sutherland--Bill, add my name to the long list of well-wishers on your retirement and new posting. As an ex-Royal (B Coy and pipes and drums) and RSM of The Canadian Scottish Regiment, I could always count on a warm welcome at RHQ on my visits to Scotland. This year,my son and I plan to attend the Armed Forces Day parade in Edinburgh, hopefully as guest pipers representing The Canadian Scottish Regimental Association. I'd like to extend a welcome to Royals or ex-Royals who may be visiting Vancouver Island. Best wishes--Steve Kelly
