The upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018 and replaces the current Data Protection Act. GDPR is designed to revise the collection, use and retention of personal data, to that end we are required to update our database to comply with this Act.

All personal data held within the Regimental Office is on a secure server, the data we hold is obtained by the completion of the Regimental Family Contact Form.

If you wish to update any of your information please fill in the form where you will be required to check the box at the end authorising us to hold your data.
